Controlling SCH Heaters

SCHG-30 3kW Heater

The SCHG-30 can be controlled by a CS-1 wall-mounted controller. The CS-1 should be positioned in a convenient location and provides on/off/high heat/low heat/fan-only settings. Where thermostatic control is preferred we recommend our tamperproof Hard Case Range. Hard Case's tamperproof design ensures that only authorised personnel can adjust the temperature setting.

SCHG-30E 3kW Heater with Built-In Thermostat

The SCHG-30E has a built-in electronic thermostat with a rear mounted adjustment knob. Once energised, the fan will run will run continuously while the thermostat will monitor the incoming air temperature and adjust the heat output accordingly. Where additional manual control is required a CS-1 wall mounted controller should be used. The CS-1 should be positioned in a convenient location and provides on/off/high heat/low heat/fan-only settings.

SCHG-45 4.5kW Heater

The SCHG-45 can be controlled by a CS-1 wall-mounted controller. The CS-1 should be positioned in a convenient location and provides on/off/high heat/low heat/fan-only settings. Alternatively thermostatic control can be provided by a remote mounted Hard Case Electronic Control Device, however as the heater will draw 20A a suitably rated contactor would be required.
