Recessed fan assisted heaters (ceiling or bulkhead)

Application

An RH heater is often used as an over door heater when there is insufficient  space above the door to allow a conventional heater to be fitted or when a glass panel is positioned above the door making a conventional heater difficult to install and possibly unsightly.  Equally they can be used as general space heaters in applications such as toilet blocks and lobbies.

Features common to all models

  • Air inlet and outlet from the front panel - no requirement for air supply to the rear of the heater
  • Simple fixing through the front face of the heater
  • White (RAL 9016) aluminium egg-crate grille conceals the fixings
  • Auto reset over temperature protection device
  • Suitable for vertical or horizontal discharge
  • 1m 3 core cable

RH-30 - Specific features

  • Dimensioned for easy installation in a 600mm wide suspended ceiling grid

RH-60 - Specific features

  • Built-in control contactor
  • Convenient terminals to allow heater to be controlled by a conventional thermostat via the built-in contactor

RH-20 - Control options

  • Wall mounted thermostat controlling an individual heater directly or a group of heaters via a suitably rated contector or relay. Ref. RST-IN
  • Wall mounted (semi-recessed), 7 day programmable, electronic thermostat controlling an individual heater directly or a group of heaters via a suitably rated solid state relay or contactor.  When using a contactor we recommend that a suitable snubber is installed in the control circuit.   Ref. H16C
  • Surface mounted remote controller providing 'on'/'off'/'High/'Low'/'fan only' settings.  A 5 core cable will be required to connect the heater to the controller.  Ref. CS-1
