Suspended ceiling fan assisted heaters
Application
The SCH range is purpose designed for installation in a standard 600 x 600 modular ceiling system. Providing an even distribution of warmth and a fast warm up, they are particularly suited to retail environments where floor and wall space is at a premium. Other common applications include changing rooms and entrance areas.
Features common to all models
- Air inlet and outlet from the front panel - no requirement for air supply from the ceiling void
- White aluminium 50mm x 50mm egg-crate diffuser
- Autoreset over temperature protection device
- All electrical connections made in externally mounted enclosures
SCHG-30E - Specific Features
- Built-in electronic thermostat with knob for set-point adjustment. Once the heater has been energised, the fan will run continuously. The thermostat will monitor the temperature of the air being drawn into the heater and control the heater output to maintain the required air temperature.

SCHG-30 Control options
- Wall mounted thermostat controlling a heater or a group of heaters via a suitably rated contactor or relay. Ref. RST-IN
- Wall mounted (semi-recessed) , 7 day programmable, electronic thermostat controlling an individual heater directly or a group of heaters via a suitably rated solid state relay or contactor. When using a contactor we recommend that a suitable snubber is installed in the control circuit. Ref. H16C
- Surface mounted remote controller providing 'on'/‘off’/'High'/'Low' ’fan only’ settings. A 5 core cable will be required to connect the heater to the controller. Ref. CS-1

- Surface mounted remote controller providing 'on'/‘off’/' 'High'/'Low'/’fan only’ settings. Six interconnecting wires will be required to connect the heater to the controller. Ref. CS-1
