BN Thermic have added WhatsApp to its customer service offering making it even easier for customers to reach out and discuss a heating project.
If you are unfamiliar with WhatsApp, it’s a messaging platform which allows you to send messages and large files instantly. This can include images, drawings, instructions, wiring diagrams and videos. If you are sending multiple files, WhatsApp is a far quicker method than sending multiple emails with multiple attachments.
The BN Thermic design team have found this very advantageous as customers can send numerous images/videos to fully explain their project.
Another huge advantage is WhatsApp’s video call function. The video call function will put you face to face with a member of the customer service team and allow you to walk them through your project in real time. This also cuts down BN Thermic’s carbon footprint as its staff are not constantly driving to projects that could be looked at easily over a video call.
