New Integrated Control System for Industrial Fan Heaters
System X goes Industrial
System X is a unique heater control system that allows a group of fan heaters to be controlled from a single point with all control connections made using Cat5 cable.
The heaters can be ‘mixed and matched’ from a wide range of heaters including ceiling heaters, over door heaters and recessed heaters. Now for the first time, this approach has been extended to industrial fan heaters.
The Heaters
The System X industrial fan heater range consists of seven models from 3kW to 25kW. The heaters are very robust with a heavy gauge all-steel construction and well-suited to industrial applications such as warehouse heating.
Each heater is fitted with two ports to accept a Cat5 cable. Using these ports, as many as twelve industrial fan heaters can be linked in a control daisy-chain.
The Controls
The daisy-chain of heaters can be linked (again with Cat5 cable) to one of a number of wall-mounted controllers. Control options include a fully programmable thermostatic controller as well as more basic models including a tamper resistant version.
Installers will be pleased to lean that the controllers do not need their own voltage supply.
